Refund & Return Policy

At Coastal Compounds, we prioritize the purity, integrity, and proper handling of our research materials. Due to the nature of our products, we enforce a strict All Sales Are Final policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the potential for product degradation, temperature sensitivity, and contamination risks, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any research products, research chemicals, or bacteriostatic water.

Once a package leaves our facility, we lose control over the chain of custody and storage conditions. Therefore, we cannot restock or resell returned items. This policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new, unadulterated research materials that have been stored correctly.

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they have shipped.

Once an order is processed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

To request cancellation, contact support immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already in transit.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Coastal Compounds is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Stolen packages after delivery

If the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot issue refunds.
We recommend contacting your local carrier office for further assistance.

4. Research-Use Disclaimer

All products sold by Coastal Compounds are strictly intended for laboratory research only.

Our products are:

  • Not for human consumption

  • Not for medical, therapeutic, or veterinary use

  • Not FDA-approved

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if misuse is suspected.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud

We take fraud and attempted theft of services seriously.

Any customer who initiates a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve a legitimate issue will be permanently banned from our website and all affiliated networks.

We utilize strict fraud detection services. Suspicious orders may be cancelled and refunded immediately at our discretion.

6. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products sold by Coastal Compounds, LLC are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or cosmetic application.

Any communication or inquiries suggesting that products will be used for human consumption will result in the immediate cancellation of the orer and a ban from our store. No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled due to violations of our Terms of Service regarding Research Use Only.

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

8. Policy Updates
